Dr. Morris Barnard is a thief a liar and a sham.... He over charged 1 visit by an extreme amount. His billing company was supposed to bill our insurance and instead of doing that he is charging us this amount which the insurance was to pay. He never got any prior authorization..... It is his fault and greed that is bringing this about... Dr Lozado referred him so if anyone is considering seeing this liar go right ahead... This doctor billed my insurance for things he never done! for example "ear wax removal" fees... and many more listed all for a short consultation visit!
Dr. Bernard was my grandfathers doctor before he passed away, he is my moms doctor & my husbands doctor. He is simply amazing. When my husband was sick he called and came to the hospital that same night. He follows up with both my mom and my husband (as they can both be stubborn) He is patient and kind and very knowledgeable and THOROUGH!!!! We don't meet doctors like this anymore. He is truly a dying breed.
