NEVER USE THIS SHOP! I would give 0 stars if possibles. I chose this shop because it had good google reviews but my experience was terrible. They had my vehicle for over 2 weeks, they never called with any updates. Communication was completely one sided. I requested quotes on multiple issues which they never addressed. I came there for my van, that other auto repair shop was mess up, so I went there and they fixed my van for just half day only. It was so quick and I was satisfied how they did it. This place was amazing!! Here's my first exceptional experience. Alternator breaks on Broad street at 5pm. Barely make it off the road. Need a tow truck and calling around for anyplace that is still open. I find Morris Auto Repairs. Tow truck pulls in to their shop at 5:52pm. They close in 8 minutes.
