Guy on the phone was passive aggressive and giving crazy attitude and was being so condescending after I gave him the DOB of the prescription (2011). Do better.
I’m not sure who was let go or hired between today and last month but I just spoke to the rudest rep here! I’ve been getting my meds from here for years. I lost my job, along with insurance, in May so I’ve been paying out of pocket. I added my new insurance through the portal which they have no record of. The rep says “You’ve been paying out of pocket so now you’re supposed to have insurance” before literally sighing into the phone as if I was annoying here because they provide a portal they don’t check. The absolute most lame company I've dealt with! My dermatologist said they'd be calling me the next day for a prescription called in by my Dr. After 3 business days no one calls back. I've made 3 other calls, got transferred with no explanation as to why or which department, left messages and spoke to 2 people who apparently don't have the authority to give status on my prescription.
