The pharmacist at this site has the utmost customer service. I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! My kid’s medication has been ordered from our dermatologist in the past and we use our pharmacy that covers the generic brand. I have refused every solution as a prescription, when it comes to your company. But in this case, it’s free for me. But… your company has used a 3rd party to deliver the package in 3/15/26. So where is the medication? I called my dermatologist to let them know that I now requested a signed signature and be delivered by UPS. Shame on you for using a 3rd party as a delivery service.
