From our first call to Andrea for the replacement of frustrating KIDDE alarms going off to installing the new fire alarms it was a pleasant experience. Thank you to Andrea, Tyler and Tim for your time and patience.
FYI: I called because my stove was not working, so they said they would send someone. They did, and he found it was the GFC receptacle had tripped next to the stove. He said he thought that was the problem when he heard the issue over the phone. It took him not even 1 minute to hit the button, and he was gone in 3 minutes. I got a bill for $150….be aware….I was a customer, not any more….
