Took my truck in. Heard nothing for 11 days. Sent a message that I was going to pick it up to take it somewhere else to diagnose it because they hadn't done anything. Of course after I told them I was going to move it they took it in the shop right away after I have organized tow. I had to pay them to release it even though I told them to stop work before it started. I was left very disappointed.
They got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it right away. Jada was very helpful as always.
Always a pleasure to go to Morries of Okemos. The staff is very professional.
