I've had my truck serviced there a few times and had nothing less than spectacular service. I appreciate the fact text message updates are a thing, and I can communicate with the maintenance techs via text. Expedited service was provided and not required, A+ in my books.
Quick, competent, thorough! I made an appointment on line, and when I pulled into the buildings service write up area, and Kieth was at my car while I was getting out. We briefly reviewed the work needed, offered a wash,and I went into the waiting area. I didn't time the work but I was surprised when I received the inspection video, and when the car was ready!
Great service and attention to detail. Very professional team that gets the job done. I will and have recommended Morries Okemos to others.
