Appt was set up for my daughter who later called me to let me know how great the team was and the process was. She said the checkout and payment process and interaction with the clerk was awesome and her rep was fun to talk to and funny.
Went in for an oil change and to have a couple minor things looked at. I was promptly greeted by Jada. She was extremely professional and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to get extra things done like you do when going to places like quickie lube. She also pointed got me all set for an upcoming repair date and assured me there will be a loaner car waiting for me when I drop off my vehicle. My car died so I had it towed in. I was had my battery replaced and had some other issues with my vehicle. I was quoted more than $7K in repairs, which I declined, or they offered to buy it from me for $500 (which was insulting) or trade it in for $1250. None of those seemed like reasonable options, so I took it to another local shop, who charged me $2K for the exact same work that the dealership quoted me $7K for. Insanely overpriced services - I will never come back or buy a car from there again.
