Unprofessional and dishonest. They held my truck for 3 weeks before starting repairs while I paid for a rental car the whole time. They ignored every voicemail I left trying to get an update on my repair. I would have to go in person to find out anything.

They ordered them that day and said they would have them early the next week, yet they didn't start the repair for an additional 2 weeks. Worst experience ever! Our insurance company cut a check to them 10 days before they even began the work. They had our vehicle for over 3 weeks. It wasn’t until we began calling daily and showing up in their lobby that they started working. This place is a joke. Customer service is the worst. No one could tell us what was happening. Avoid at all costs.
Everyone was extremely helpful and repairs were 10/10. Highly recommend!
