I like all of the support people whom I interacted with. But they washed the car half way. There were spots all over it and I had to stop at a gas station to try to get them off. But the windows are still spotted. Not happy They also did a recall update.
First service appointment was delayed. Had to wait much longer than told.
Efficient and on time…as promised.
The part was recalled and the dealership refused to replace it at the time of recall. My daughter and I were stranded outside on one of the coldest days of the year when the ICCU failed. The part was inevitably back order because it had significant failure rates and I was without my vehicle for over two weeks. The repair itself was done well so thank you to the team who got to it once they had the part. This whole experience has made me to not want to purchase from the dealer again.
