We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November 2024. Before we signed the contract and paid the down payment, everyone was extremely polite, responsive, and eager to help. Went in for an oil change and they did the job. However, when I got my car back, the key fob would not work. I replaced the battery but still nothing. It worked before I brought it in, but not after. I told them about the issue and they basically said “not our problem”. They offered to look at it and said “if we find it was our issue there wouldn’t be a charge”, but if they determine otherwise, it would be $200 for the diagnostic alone. Went for a maintenance check up, inspection was thurough. However, I brought up a couple other issues: for one, my oil dipstick broke, I got the impression as I checked out that it was replaced. I had asked for a new one and the employee showed me the price, but on return of my vehicle, it was still the broken dipstick. Also, my coolant tank clearly has coolant fluid on the outside and will not stay filled to even the minimum mark. The report I got was that it was fine!
Service was efficient, informed and comfortable.
