Morrie's Chippewa Falls has been a great dealer to work with. My issue is with Stellantis (Ram). I have a NEW 2025 Ram Truck with a faulty Cluster, have been waiting 7 weeks for a part to correct the fault in a BRAND NEW - EXPENSIVE truck. - again, this is not the dealers (Morrie's / Chippewa Falls) fault. they are doing all they can to get it fixed!
My Wife and I recently had our Jeep serviced at Morrie's in Chippewa Falls, WI. We were both impressed with the promptness of the staff, the explanations provided of the service, and the fact that no one tried to "upsell" us on any unnecessary work. The waiting area was very clean and well appointed. Nice area to work while you wait. We plan to have our vehicles serviced here in the future.
Matt is always great!! Works around my schedule and takes that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.
