It was the poorest oil change I have ever had at a Mopar dealership! I go to dealers for preventive maintenance your shop checked nothing, no fluids asyou claim are checked during oil change. The reason for check is to diagnose problems before breakdown. Your reply is no leaks or lights on so that's good enough. No air filter check, you have no idea of trucks operating conditions. You didn't even correct air pressure in tires. I even paid to have them rotated. So I know nothing else like brakes, axle boots,exhaust mounts etc... read more
