Inspection showed soot and underlying mold, the men were able to clean the flue anyway. None of that musty odor anymore, hopefully.
Highly impressed with this service and their technician's work today. They handled a chimney inspection, and Repair that was causing major issues. The job was done perfectly. Everything looks great, operates efficiently, and the pricing was incredibly fair.

My hubby spoke highly of them. I wasn't home at the time, but I could tell the chimney and fireplace were cleaned! Our fires burn considerably smoother, with less smokey odor. Our dog enjoyed them, which speaks to some. We will absolutely hire them again!
The technician arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and cleaned everything thoroughly. The fireplace looks great and operates much more efficiently. Highly recommend their professionalism and attention to detail.
