I have recently purchased a XC40 with Tommy and had an amazing experience. He took his time to show us the car features, answered questions, followed up with us, just really friendly and professional. The finance team was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Happy to have switched to volvo.

Was kind and communicated professionally during the test drive and subsequent ordering / buying process. Provided timely updates after ordering. I just went to test drive cars at Volvo Burnaby and I don't think I have ever encountered a better sales person than Tommy. I didn't buy anything today, but I felt totally supported and non-pressured as I made my decision. If you're in the market for a new Volvo I would so highly recommend going to this dealership and aksing for Tommy.

This Volvo location is great!!! They do things in an honest way and good customer service is something they really care about. My family and I have been loyal Volvo customers for many years.
