I just paid for my services with the wrong credit card, so I asked the service person who was helping me about cancelling the transaction so I could use the correct credit card. He just flat out told me “we are not authorized”. He did not offer any other solutions. 10/10 for their team. Cameron, Hamed, Arman, Omar, and Tracy were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt no pressure during the process. Their dealership has a fixed price policy which in my opinion is great. It is what it is when it comes to the OTD price, no bull***t, it comes down to customer service. I'll definitely reach out to them for my next car.
