Example of Morrey culture: After spending a huge amount of money on very low quality service over a period of years by the mechanic Marvin, I asked the service department to offer me a free oil change, with my oil and filter, and they grudgingly agreed, but the result was a leaking filter with bad smell. When I reported this to the mechanic and service department they said not a word of any kind, which means they removed the filter rubber ring because they are too stingy and unappreciative of loyal customers. Fast and friendly service!
I went to the Nissan dealership just to get a quote, with no plan to change my car. Thanks to Illia (the salesperson) , my experience was so positive that I ended up changing my car. He was always available when I called, answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and especially this salesperson for their outstanding service.
In the past year we purchased a new Infiniti Q50S and Nissan Murano. These are our 4th and 5th cars from Morrey. Service before, during and after our purchases have been great. Morrey dealership is definitely one of the best. I have to a number of different dealerships in the past and I have found Morrey's service department to be the most fair and honest. We purchased both cars through Andrew Mah who was very good and especially fair to deal with. It is 2026 and their service department is still top notch.
