Built a new home with Morrell Builders - closing date July 2015 - For potential future customers I would suggest a private home inspector for all phases of the build, a good attorney and patience in dealing with Morrell's very poor customer service. If Morrell was manufacturing automobiles, I would never purchase this brand again.
