The place is amazing..very kool vibes.. the food was delicious, if I do say so!! I am a great cook, so I rarely eat out, especially Mexican food, my speciality..I had the pozole which is my favorite dish AND came with 2 taquitos..the girls' dishes also looked & tasted good..staff came and sang HB to us..kool..but the service....WOW!! our cute lil waitress did NOT speak any English..none...finally took our orders..THEN, we had to go request our drinks..had to go request ice..had to go request . just like that.. I ordered the red chicken pozole with 2 chicken flautas on the side. The chicken was spoiled!!! The pozole was very salty. My friend ordered the flautas in mole and the chicken was also spoiled!!! My husband ordered the shrimp with lime rice and that was okay. The tamarind drink was good. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. One more thing , we didn’t have to pay for the pozole, but they did charge for the flautas with mole. We got free desserts, which was nice.
Jair was an excellent waiter! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. The service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated how welcoming and professional he was. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Jair—you’ll be in great hands!
