I have been emailing and calling for over a week now and still have not received a response back. I want to return this mattress.
Of all the mattress sites my wife and I have researched, this was the only company that solved what we were looking for. We need individual firmness. I recently bought the king adjustable bed frame and received the two free pillows as stated on their website. I don't like the pillows but my wife does. Their too firm for me. Other than that, high qualify products.
