Wouldn't even give one star! I had been in once for my special needs daughter, we told them that any appointment to be made are to be done with me. We made our next appointment after the first for the 25th of august, then today I get a phone call saying she had an appointment today and coz we didn't go we will be charged. I told her we didn't have an appointment til the 25th she said we had that aswell. I repeated I didn't make the appointment for today, she just repeated they will be charging me.
