Cannot speak higher about this dental surgery. Receptionist was extremely polite and easy to speak to. As for the lady who did the extraction, Amazing. Ive had couple teeth pulled and she is by far the best I've had. Will 100% be returning for all my future dental work
This is the final straw with this place. Every time I go there for an appointment, always running late upto 20mins after your due appointment. And there is no communication that they are running late or over, you just have to put up with it, totally unexceptionable. And yiu cancel you appointment there because you can't wait around and the have the cheek to charge you $60, due to they can not communicate what is going on. I have a great experience with Dr Rachael and her colleague. She is very professional took time to explain everything clearly. The treatment was gentle, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
