Maz is the perfect sales person! After Maz did my makeup, I bought the palette right away. I think the best sales strategy is to try the makeup right on the customer so that they can buy it easily

Wow! Massive shout out to Tim, what a great assets to the team. So knowledgeable and incredibly talented - I would hire him in a heartbeat. But the reason I cannot give 5 stars is because on a previous occasion I came in I was greeted by the worst attitude I have ever seen in retail - I believe his name is Max? Someone needs to do some serious training all round.

Can the workers act like they don’t hate their job and the customers !! Came here for a holiday and never been treated with more disrespect loosing an influencer who came in for products for a product placement deal yea no not supporting them , walking off half way purchase to walk to the back room not happy

Zoe was very friendly and helped me a lot today. I am new to using eyeshadow and felt out of my depth - Zoe approached me early on and when I expressed my uncertainty to her, she offered to show me how to use a particular palette I was curious about. She was very patient with my questions and guided me through a Smokey eye Look using purple eyeshadow. This really demystified the process for me - thank you Zoe!
