Always a positive experience here. The team are super friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about providing the best care for our furry family members.
On the worst day of our lives, the staff were incredible. The veterinarian Kyle was great with our precious girl and reassured us that she'd be OK and she was not going to feel any pain. He stayed with her after we said our final goodbye to her. They were really incredible with her care all the way through her life. Because of them we got almost 7 more years with her. Hands down the best vet clinic around! The crew at Morpeth Vet are absolute legends — friendly, professional, and always treat my dogs like royalty. They offer after-hours emergency care for existing clients, which is a massive comfort when you’ve got three Kelpies who think they’re invincible. Poor customer service. Required multiple follow up calls to receive the patient reports I requested (and paid for). After speaking to Brianna today, she managed to send just one. For anyone travelling that may require veterinary care along the way, and want continuity of care, there is no legislation that disallows Veterinarians from sharing documentation of the medical services they provide.
