SCAMMERS Beware when using this company absolute horrible customer service and overall. Sent them a refundable deposit for a car and asked for it back after cancelling within plenty time and been over a month and still no refund and no contact from them. Please avoid using this company at all costs if you value your money!
Drove up from Cheshire on Friday night, ( Range Rover Sport ) horrible noises from the front end about 10 miles away. Amazed to find Pegswood Garage so close and open on Saturday morning, got there for 8.30am to find Phil and his colleague already busy with two vehicles. Phil confirmed my worst fears, wheel bearing. I explained I needed to be away by Sunday night. He ordered the wheel bearing and was stripping it down as I left, he rang before 12pm to say the car was ready. Well every time my dreaded range Rover breaks...the lads in the garage hands down make it right....Steve and Paul are pure gentleman... Big phill and little phill very very knowledgeable, honest, and just nice lads....do I trust there judgement 100%
2nd Land Rover I have purchased 1st a Discovery and 2nd a Range Rover Vogue. Dealt with Steve on both occasions, excellent service from start to hand over. And after service is the same, highly recommended. Dave
BEWARE - I ordered a vehicle, sight unseen, vehicle arrived, not bad, obvious paint work, has been off road for six months, and had a faulty oil pressure valve, I had this fixed and they agreed to pay £100, still waiting for money, months later, also the log book is non existent, no show, green slip rejected by DVLA, the plot thickens!!! Don’t believe there promised, especially Steve ‘I’ll get that done tomorrow’, will he he’ll….AVOID
