Very nice place to live. Friendly office and maintenance. I feel safe here and quite comfortable. All the neighbors are friendly. I love it here.
Great place that’s right in between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park. I came with a friend that needs an affordable place to get back on their feet. We met with the manager Brent who showed us around in a casual, relaxed and welcoming manner. He also is funny and friendly and you can just sense that he cares about the park and takes his job seriously. This place is perfect for retirement or to give yourself a chance when you need to start your life over.
