I was misgendered about 10 times before the receptionist read my ID while I was filling out intake papers, at which point he asked, to be sure, if I go by Sophia. There is no on-site psychiatrist which is what you would need in a mental health crisis. I took my mom here when she was having a psychotic break, and we waited and waited to see a nurse practitioner who listened to all her delusions and then recommended she make an appointment with a psychiatrist. My mom had been there so long already and was too delusional to do a remote appointment with a psychiatrist because she thought "they" were listening though the computer. Workers are lazy and often sit around talking to each other instead of doing there jobs. I would rather have a crisis than go to this place for any amount of time
