Not my favorite casino for playing the slots It's a nice, wide open place inside ... but it mainly caters to high rollers who are passing through to dump a few hundred bucks. If you're looking to play penny slots, you're better off continuing down the road to Agua Caliente.

Very nice casino I won a bit of money on a slot machine here once--enough to cover my shopping at the nearby cabazon outlets that day. I like the atmosphere of this casino. They have a good non smoking section, lots of slots and plenty of card tables. The minimums at the tables aren't outrageous. It's a very nice casino to go to. It's hard to not just poke in there when I go shopping at the outlets.

Morongo I love Morongo Casino as it is absolutely fantastic. The whole casino, the appearance, the staff, the food...everything is more than you could ask for. It is a casino, resort and spa...what more could you want. The rooms are beautiful and I love staying there!

A great casino heading to Palm Springs? You can't miss this behemoth of a casino on the way. it loooms over the desert, and is the only skyscraper in the Cabazon region. Easily accessible from the freeway, Morongo offers great poker, slots of all kinds (including penny slots) and good tables. The blackjack tables start at 5 dollars and there are no dollar tables for most of the games. Low limit hold 'em starts at 1 dollar blind with 80 dollar buy in. The floor area allows smoking, so be prepared for a very smokey atmosphere near the slots.

Me and my husband stayed there. We were both drinking. We separated and I was alone drinking and out of the blue, a security approached me and said there was a complaint against me that I was inebriated. They approached me, called my husband and we were asked to go to our hotel room. Mind you, I didn't speak anyone, make any weird noises. I was just sitting at a machine quietly, drinking and playing games. It was so embarrassing. I will never go back.

I was playing BlackJack at 12:05 am on 02/17/2018. Betting amount is $300 per hand at that time, dealer gave me a spade K when i was holding 16. I told him I was thinking, he called the floor and check the Video, they said i make a move. Even me and the other players did not agree the decision because i did not make any moves. Same day, I explained my situation to my host, she brought me the pitboss Ron which he explained to me i can't get my money back . So sad, the whole managements are unprofessional and lack of responsibility.

I lost so they are on my bad side. The casino is large and has decent gaming choices. I never saw a cocktail server in the casino.

My husband and I were interested in planning a relaxing getaway. We contacted Morongo and spoke with their front desk reservations. The staff informed us that the reservations were blocked until the morning, they took down our information and claimed that we would be the first to have a room once the block was off. we were specifically requesting and told we would get the casita rooms. We asked if we should book online just to ensure a room before they sold out. The staff mislead us and claimed that they have access to remove the block and as soon as they do they will contact us and move forward with booking the room. they said there are 5 casitas available and we will be fine. However, none of this was true, we called the next day to find out we were completely mislead about everything and then the manager Sonya very rude in accommodating us and assisting us with the issues we had, she also claimed that our information was not saved, we do not have a room, and the hotel was sold out. We could have just booked a regular room. Not only were we promised a room we were promised a casita, so we waited to the morning. We could have just booked a regular room online but we were mislead. We were informed the next day that's not even how it works. Sonya didn't even want to help us or accommodate us for the miscommunication on her staffs behalf. This is not the type of service hotels provide. They were very unprofessional. We didn't explore other options because of this and now everywhere else is sold out as well because of what the staff mislead us to believe. The treatment after was just ridiculous. Our weekend is now ruined!
