Dr. Truong literally did an entire appointment and said all this stuff about sending a prescription and etc. We waited for 24 hours to find out she never sent the prescription. Honestly it was only one nurse who really CARED to inform us about things we asked. I won't let any doctor in this office deliver my child.
No one answers the phones. They just let it ring no matter how many times you call.
maybe don’t suggest to your patients to ‘drink a little wine to loosen up for your husband’. unprofessional beyond measure.
Customer service was very bad and doctor never showed up. I had an appt with Dr Truong on October,27 ,2025 at the address 7350 church st , yucca valley. After taking one day off and wait for one hour, the nurse said Dr Truong was not here yet and the nurse did not know when she came . I was ok with that because I thought she maybe was busy at hospital. I told the receptionist I wanted to reschedule on November 11,2025.
