Really sad to write this as the doctors are not that bad but the overall service just doesn’t make up for it. My kids have medications they need to not have breaks between per the doctor however it’s almost always a jump through hoops with them. They have a automated call system that is just bad the last hour of work they won’t answer even if you are first in line, then when you leave a message it’s a 50/50 chance if you’ll get them to do the refill as needed at the correct pharmacy even when you tell them what pharmacy in t... read more
Dr shih and Tiffany are great! They Take the time to listen to any concerns and don’t brush you off or push you out the door. I haven’t see faschetti yet but my husband says he is awesome as well! So grateful for this office compared to our last.
What a fantastic Staff physicians, assistant is totally top notch!!!
We've had an all-around great experience at this practice. Dr. Shih and Dr. Fraschetti are excellent, and take as much time as you need to answer questions and explain things. The other staff are also wonderful.
