Over the years they've gone through staff and policy changes. The current policies are more strict than before. Beware there is NO compassion or leniency from the reception or supervisor at this location. Just recently I was 11 minutes late. Just one minute past their "10 minute window" and they couldn't give me a break. I rushed from my job to get there and was still turned away. I wanted to take a couple of minutes to say Thank You to Everyone that helped me with my Dental Services yesterday at the Twentynine Palms office. My previous dentist office closed in Indio and they redirected me to a second office in Indio and that one closed so I’ve been looking for dental services for a few months After lots of fun work and online, I contacted the dental service office of the Morongo basin community health center. I took my wife there to get her enrolled in the program and they were very helpful and knowledgeable we were in and out after filling out the enrollment forms so I’m going to give them five stars but if anything changes I will let you all know about it they stated that they would get back with us in two business days which is exceptional in the healthcare system.
