I took my wife there to get her enrolled in the program and they were very helpful and knowledgeable we were in and out after filling out the enrollment forms so I’m going to give them five stars but if anything changes I will let you all know about it they stated that they would get back with us in two business days which is exceptional in the healthcare system.
Excellent care
If you are new patient scheduling is a nightmare. They have to transfer you to their "scheduling specialist" and then she never answers so you have to leave voice-mail after voice-mail. Also to schedule she has to e-mail you a packet first. On this packet I wasn't putting down my social security number or my income(for obvious reasons). So that was an issue. Then after calling leaving messages about how the packet says it's incomplete if I don't fill those sections out she says ok put zeros, so I put zeros. Still won't let m... read more
Most of the doctors and nurses are excellent; with few exceptions the upfront reception staff are inadequately trained, abusive, and violate patient rights and need to be reigned in by calls to upper management; As far as admin staff it is 50/50. Some are helpful, others are combative and unhelpful, and downright abusive. Very high turnover. Competent practitioners who care about patients stay less than a year. This place ought to be shut down by the AMA, as it violates all standards.
