RecommendedThis company’s customer service is outstanding and really off the charts. I bought beautiful tile for a bathroom project and unfortunately could not use it for the application. They were extremely accommodating, refunded my purchase and worked it out so I was relieved of high shipping charges to return it. The tile is stunning and I am very so disappointed I can’t use it in my bathroom but I will definitely use it somewhere else in my home.
I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. We received faulty tile that developed spots and cracks weeks after installation and the company refuses to refund us. We had 3 cement tile patterns from 3 different companies installed throughout our home at the same time and this is the only tile we had issues with. They offered to replace the pallet of tile (but I still have to pay for labor to reinstall the new tile which is $$$$) and when I asked if this happens again with the new pallet of tile, would they pay for the labo... read more

Katie, we attempted to resolve this matter internally by offering to replace the full order including no shipping cost for you. As well as; all our invoices state our return and refund policy, which you requested almost a year after the fact. Your complaint then went to the Better Business Bureau. After they reviewed all documents and statements from both sides of this case in question, they determined we have make every good faith effort to resolve this issue.
