Very mediocre massage. I asked specifically for relaxed and Swedish massage but it very rushed and not relaxing at all! I shifted my other appointment after talking to the receptionist/owner as per their convenience but it felt like rushed and was not relaxed at all! Will never recommend it to anyone!
Highly recommend the Royal Hammam!!! Feeling soft and relaxed:) Melanie and Gracie were so kind and made me and my partner feel so comfortable (especially as it was my first treatment at a spa)! The moment you step into the spa, you are surrounded by peace and tranquility; exactly what I needed:)
Service was absolutely incredible! Gracie was an absolute pleasure and walked me through everything making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I left the spa feeling so relaxed and will definitely be coming back!!
Booked through ClassPass because I had some credits to burn, and I had the massage of my life! Huge props to Carolann for really getting after it. I walked in there super tight and left relaxed! The vibes are immaculate! It’s decorated to foster the perfect atmosphere. I will 100% be going here again and recommending to everyone I know in Jax!
This is not only a spa but an experience I’ve never had in my life. I did the Hammam, and so glad I went into it not knowing what to expect. If you’re into trying new things, this is an absolute must. The Hammam room made me feel like I was back in Roman times, and blew my senses away. I was not interested in the tea experience when I booked an appointment, but now it makes TOTAL sense why you have tea and cookies after the Hammam. It was delicious and so relaxing.
