The staff were great, explained everything simply but not patronising. I really felt that they wanted to help me get the best work as well as the best deal, and helped explain how insurance worked. I would trust them 100% for any future work.
Beautiful job they have done people just don’t understand how good the Panel shop can be to you if your actually nice and respectful fabulous work they did
Kept me waiting months for an insurance repair, only to declare that they couldn't get suitable parts. No communication, no explanations, rude and condescending, spoke to me like they were doing me a favour even speaking to me. Looking at the reviews here, it seems they know how to do the right thing, they just don't do it for everyone. Just in case you become the latter, do yourself a favour, save yourself a lot of time and grief, go somewhere else.
Excellent service. Fixed my Mini for cheaper than quoted by my insurance company and did it quickly. Would definitely go back and recommend.
