The community was very warm and welcoming. The employees were attentive and knowledgeable. The care my loved one received couldn't have been better. they were life savers to our family.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this retirement community's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
