Absolutely lovely to deal with. We will be coming back for new tyres when they're due to change. Came in today with a slow leak in one tyre and when I came back to collect it, I wasn't even charged for the repair. Very friendly, chatty staff. It is so refreshing to have such great customer service because many businesses are no longer focused on customer service in our society. Thank you. We will see you again.
Being a young woman with no car experience it can sometimes been intimidating to go to a place to get your car worked on dominated by mostly males. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the guys at good tire service took care of me. They were very thorough in explaining and showing me exactly what parts my car needed, had everything completed on time and on target with the quote.
