I have just ended a 5+ year association as a renter with Mornington Peninsula Rentals. Every now and then you come across a business who still operates like the ‘good old days’ where you can pick up the phone and have real conversations with real people when you need to; you’re not asked to email everything or use an ‘app’….and you feel like you are an actual person and not just a number – or a renter. I inherited this company as the incumbent agent when I purchased in McRae. Red flags popped up from the get go. I made it quite clear that we were going to continue renting this property, we advised if the tenants move out we may use it a holiday rental. This is not what they told the happy tenants of many years who promptly moved out.
