I contacted Sam for a quote for a repair of a fence at my work on behalf of the owner. Sam was on the ball from the beginning and quick to quote and even quicker to get the job done and fitted it in around and time frame/availability. Fence looks great and would highly recommend him.
Sam and the guys were great. Could not be happier. Well priced, fast and great communication. Thanks
I had a disappointing experience with Mornington Peninsula Fences. The owner came across as rude and arrogant during our interactions, which made communication difficult and unpleasant. I was also uncomfortable with the way some of the workers were spoken to on site. Customer service is important, and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to use this company again.
We had a broken fence post replaced by Sam. The whole process was so smooth, sent an online enquiry with a photo of the job required, received a prompt reply with a quote and once approved the job was completed in short time. Amazing service and a great job by Sam.
As requested by Sam we sent photos of our fence that needed repair a week ago but after 2 text messages we still have not received a single response. Disappointing.
