I highly recommend In Spirit Chiropractic, I initially went in with limited movement, back and neck pain, generally not feeling the best! After my session with Dr Nick I felt very clear headed, my range of movement improved significantly. Dr Nick talks you through his care plan, exercises you can do to improve your health. The team are wonderful, very inviting, friendly, happy atmosphere. The facilities and office are clean and hygienic.
