Had a wonderful long weekend stay in Unit 5. Was just what we needed to rest and recharge: beach walks, bath under the stars, fireplace, and dog friendly! Can't wait to go back again soon. Tips to enjoy your stay: Unit 5 did have some pots and pans, so if you had an electric stove you could bring it and use it in the kitchen (or to the owners - maybe adding one of these?).
Upon arrival we noticed the outdoor area and bathtub full of leaves and branches, then opened the door to our room with puddles of water all over the floor, my partner almost slipped over. I contacted the owner and he said he would send a cleaner around as soon as possible, the cleaners never came. The property looks nothing like it is advertised, the outdoor area is not maintained at all. If you have others options for your stay in Rosebud I would highly recommend going with anyone else.
Based on correspondence my brother has shown me and previous reviews the owner will take your money and has images on booking.com misrepresentation of what they actually got. Review the 1 star reviews for a true representation of what you could get and how this owner treats his customers. If was me who was messed around I'd be going to consumer rights commission.
Awful dirty bedding the toilet actually outside so hopefully it’s not raining when you need a toilet.the sky light which you are unable to close when you need to sleep.and when I checked the smoke alarm the battery had been removed which was alarming.
