Tom and Ula are such an incredible team!! As first time homebuyers, they were with us every step of the way guiding us through the process. Tom and his team were fantastic, I can't even imagine going through the mortgage process with anyone else. Incredibly responsive, competitive numbers, and always happy to break down the incredibly complex process so that I could understand it. Also has great relationships with other components of the home-buying process which makes everything go even smoother.
Great experience buying our first home, would recommend Tom and the team for anyone looking for advice and a guide through the process.
