Superb experience working with Tom Higgins and Morningtide Financial. This is my 3rd time working on a house with him over a 16 year period. Tom has been fantastic to work with. During our first mortgage application, he took the time to explain every step and number in detail, answer all of our dumb questions, and chased us for documents to get through the process efficiently. While working on a refinance, Tom tracked rates for us, providing updates through a volatile market and locked in an amazing rate saving us hundreds a month when other lenders couldn't beat his original rate.
