Morning Star Assisted Living in Sparks, NV truly deserves recognition for their compassion and professionalism. Although my mother passed away before she was able to move in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire admission process for the memory care unit. Worked here for almost 2 years. I was so sad to leave it behind to pursue my nursing career . The residents were awesome . The kitchen staff was great . The food was amazing. Their activities program keeps the resident alive and happy . Great place to start a nursing career. The place looked nice. But what shocked me is they called me to schedule an interview with them. I went ahead and did which it was Friday. The lady that interviewed me the first time showed me around. She was nice. She told me that I will have an interview with another boss on Monday. I arrived there on time and stayed almost one hr is when that lady took me in to a different room and told me the spot was taken. Morning has been the best place I’ve worked so far in years!! . The staff is friendly and heart warming the bosses are very generous and understanding . My work schedule has been very flexible even when I’m taking care of my kids . . If yall ever need a job ask for Taylor or Leslie these 2 are probably the best bosses I’ve I ever worked with 🫡
