It was a difficult time for all of us, not just Mom. Scary even. There were plenty of unknowns and as plenty of options in our community that would've adequately served her residential needs. Jill Diesel, the Executive Director, is absolutely amazing. My mother has been in this facility for several years and Jill is by far the best ED so far!
The leadership team here is outstanding—great to work with, responsive, and truly committed to making the facility the best it can be for residents. They communicate clearly, treat vendors with respect, and maintain high expectations in all onsite work. It’s been a pleasure partnering with them.
