Impossible to reach anyone, hurt employees can't even get short term disability because business manager nor human resources nor directors will even call the employee back. Way to take care of your employees.
Morning Star is not the place too go . I’ve tried getting hold of them for my last pay check since I got let go & did nothing wrong . They still have not gotten my check to me nor will answer the phone
Horrendous experience. We moved our mother out of the Boulder MorningStar after three months. They lied about pricing, overcharged us, and the executive director is incompetent. This is nothing compared to the substandard care our mother received, including emergency call buttons that went unanswered for twenty minutes at a time—once I had to use my cell phone and call the reception desk and tell them my mom had hit her emergency pendant and wall button and no one was coming after 22 minutes!!, bathing our mom with filthy wa... read more
