We bought a new build last year. It has honestly been a terrible experience with riverside thus far. We had an active bee infestation that we were told was addressed at closing. Turns out, it was not and was a much bigger issue. We’re still dealing with it 8 months later. The warranty department is not quick to address concerns. The communication is very poor. The sales team is warm and welcoming, and immediately took the time to listen to my buyers needs and wants, and provided great insights. The customer service was top-notch, and we greatly appreciated Stefanie following up with us after the visit.
We had a very quick move. We were thankful to find a home we could move into immediately. The home builders and sales team were super friendly and fun to work with. We have lived in our brand new home for 6 MONTHS. Unfortunately, since moving in we have found the quality of products so terrible. There were things (before we moved in) that we were shocked would still be in a 2024 home like very small and out of date baseboards (even though they put modern 4” ones on the stair landing) but we were willing to live with that for... read more
