Do not work with this man. He lies about things that he can do for you. Gives you misleading information. Makes you pay off debt that was not required to be paid. promessing you things that never happened. Made me lose my deposit the house i wanted my credibility after contacting him several times via call, email and text message he hides from you. What a waste of time and money he was. Claims to be in the industry over 20 something years. For nothing
Joe Morningstar is by far the best mortgage broker I have met. Kind, courteous and is very detailed oriented. Him and his team made our move from Philadelphia to Port Charlotte so simple. We did a double settlement from Philadelphia and he made the paper work the easiest ever. Even the title company up north noted how detailed and on point he was. I will definately reccommend him to family and friends. Thank you again for your expert service!!!
