Don’t settle for the bare minimum, that’s what you get if you go here. My mother was a patient here, we could never get an appointment when we needed it. When we did see the doctor all he did was sit and stare at his computer, he barely spoke, he didn’t ask the questions a doctor is suppose to ask to help come up with a possible diagnosis. He has no bedside manner, he comes across as uncaring and not interested. My mother and I have been patients of dr Robb’s for many years and we have loved her service and care for us, but within the last 6-8 months the service has gone down the toilet. The service from the receptionists at Morningstar clinic working under Dr Robb has been absolutely appalling. My mother has been referred to other clinics by Dr Robb to get tests done and both times her files were never sent to the doctor she was referred to and has had entire days wasted since there was no information sent. Been a patient of Dr. Robb’s since 2019. She is an excellent doctor, and I’ve never had an issue with our consultations. My problem is that I can never get a hold of reception. Put on a hold of an avg. of 10+ callers any time I call the office. Could be within seconds of the phone lines opening up, doesn’t matter. Another thing is, the calls drop ALL. THE. TIME. I really appreciate Dr. Robb and her approach. She is caring, thorough, and does not rush appts even though the office is clearly quite busy! Dr. Robb is flexible, and she actually listens to me- ensuring intervention is tailored to my symptoms and my concerns. Having a good doctor in Niagara seems rare these days, and I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Robb in my corner. Thank you for listening and for caring.
