They Do not help. Refused a young man looking for help. Told him it would take hours to do an intake, RUDE towards him. No help. How are people suppose get help with addictions. It's just a overnight hotel, NO HELP.
This place is the root cause of the social issues in Kenora. It doesn't help the community handing out needles and crack pipes this is whats destroying our community and enabling these addicts to continue to use
People dose their methadone and go here to detox for a few days. I've used it mainly for educational purposes and to get fresh kits as well as supplies while I was homeless especially. Staff can be hit or miss . I find the men more friendly.
