Today, I watched one of your vehicles (with one of your residents in the front passenger seat) enter into the intersection of Harmony/timberline when the light was red. Luckily a situation was avoided. I called the office to bring attention to the safety of their residents and Katherine sent me to voicemail…never asked why I had called. My mother is in senior living and I couldn’t imagine.

Morningstar is a wonderful place. The care is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the entire staff is always helpful, caring and compassionate. While most people’s preference is to be at home, this is an amazing alternative for those who need extra care.

Beautiful building, good food, great maintenance staff. Otherwise, staff is overworked and management creates an environment of blame and caregiver in-fighting. My mom was in MC, left wet all day, no activities, even TV was turned off because director didn't want it to be "babysitting"; but, nothing else was provided, so residents sat in a circle staring at each other. Management supported "favorite" staff and made even advocating for family member uncomfortable. Glad we're out. With regard to your response, this was not us.... read more
