Morningstar is a wonderful place. The care is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the entire staff is always helpful, caring and compassionate. While most people’s preference is to be at home, this is an amazing alternative for those who need extra care.
Beautiful building, good food, great maintenance staff. Otherwise, staff is overworked and management creates an environment of blame and caregiver in-fighting. My mom was in MC, left wet all day, no activities, even TV was turned off because director didn't want it to be "babysitting"; but, nothing else was provided, so residents sat in a circle staring at each other. Management supported "favorite" staff and made even advocating for family member uncomfortable. Glad we're out. With regard to your response, this was not us.... read more

Excellent and responsive management, caring staff, good food, beautiful and clean facility, and enriching activities. The care our family member has received has been personal and warm; we are so grateful to all the staff there. Highly recommend Morningstar Senior Living.
