After reading the most recent review posted by a former employee, I feel the need to speak up as well. My sister was a caregiver in the "Reflections" floor (memory care). During her time there she consistently complained about there being short to no available staff, residents with high care needs, and not enough food on several occasions. Smoke and mirrors is the best way to describe this place. This was going to be my forever career but ran as fast as I could after a brutal attack on a resident that was caught on tape in Memory Care. Unfortunately this place does not walk their talk. We had a wonderful experience with MorningStar Assisted Living. Luis and Isela were kind, attentive, and very supportive throughout the process — they answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. This is a wonderful place, and you can really see the care and effort that goes into everything they do. I’ve had the chance to visit this community a few times, and I’ve been very impressed each time. The building is always clean and well taken care of, which makes it feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the food here is excellent. I even got to meet the chef, and he’s great at what he does. I toured the facility with Luis Rivas, he was there every step of the way. The residents and staff are great and very friendly. Stephanie , Brandy, Jennifer, and Albert are very warm and helpful. We chose this community because open layout of my apartment its a onebedroom and big kitchen counter tops. The food has been improving as there is many cultures and the Chef is accomodating. Overall I recomment this community .
