Update: I cannot respond to MorningStar’s response to my review, so I will reply here. The fact that they have a record of my visit to their facility but no record of my family member staying at their Arapahoe & Jordan facility speaks for itself. Yes, she stayed at their facility for a little over a month. Enough said. They literally proved my point. I’m very sorry to see this and am deeply disappointed. This is our 2nd go around at MS Jordan so that says a lot. This place is great! My father could live independently but is helping with mom, so they have made accomadations for their living style even though it is Assisted Living and Memory Care only. The staff is helpful, responsive and caring. Of course this decision isn't ideal, everyone would like to stay in their homes but if that isn't an option for you, come to MS Jordan!
