My mom has been at The Bungalows for a few years now. She adjusted well. She seems happy and she is always talking about how good everyone is there. Each time I have went in there it always looks clean. The meals that are prepared look so good and I know she enjoys it. Thank you so much to each staff member there for being so patient and kind. Toxic management. Executive Director was fired after she hired for job over me. I was open minded and happy that we had some help . very soon I was very disappointed .the worst employee. Virginia is her name , fabricated stories, so she could leave work early. One of them was total fabrication about me splashing oil in her eye for a party for residents, families that she had no preparation or planning for .CEO Roswell Georgia does not want suggestions . My sister was a resident at the Bungalows for over two years. The staff and the facility are top notch. The aides were so kind and caring, they treat the residents like family. The facility is clean, well maintained and very cheery. There are many activities to partake in. The dining area is friendly and the meals are well planned. I would highly recommend the Bungalows.
My Mom and our family have been very happy with the level of care. The rooms are nice and the staff is very caring. The place is very clean.
