The staff answering the phone need to be warmer and more kind in interaction, in my view. The were short, cold and showed to be irritated. I have heard its a lovely place to live from residents, but I think the customer service could be improved.
My family worked with Emily Pennington in evaluating options for a family member. Though we didn’t end up using this facility, it was nothing to do with the quality of the experience. Emily was great to work with, gave us numerous options & was professional & courteous. I would highly recommend Morningside of Belmont!
Morningside of Belmont is a great community! The residents seem happy and engaged in a variety of activities whenever I visit. Emily, the sales associate is very helpful and always so nice to speak with.
Clean and inviting community! Emily, the sales director, was very kind and knowledgeable. Also, the rooms are some of the biggest in the Assisted Living industry!
