Let’s give a more realistic review than asking the employees to just put in 5 stars with no reviews. The place is okay. My parent does not like the food and says everything is soft and processed. The prices continue to increase and the services seem to be dwindling. When first started transportation to appointments were available and now apparently that is only Tuesday thru Thursday now. Also average time to answer call button is 30 minutes so hopefully someone does not have a heart attack. It does smell like urine most time... read more
My mother’s engagement ring went missing within her 1st week there. Despite all the bells and whistles touted, every time I arrived to visit, it reeked of someone needing a diaper change and residents were plopped in front of an aide’s tv program. As the prices continued to rise, so did the frequency of unexplained bruises on my mother’s face and arms.
