this place is by far one of the many worst epically during covid outbreak. they did not have a good enough protocol to keep residents from getting sick, then refused to send my grandmother to the hospital for assistance and stated they will send her back, no hospital turns away a patient. then they stated she was having kidney issues and the main reason she passed away, instead of stating She passed from covid, due to catching it from a person within the facility that shouldn… See more
Unfortunately, we are not having a good experience with our mother in rehab. So understaffed and not getting her basic cares met. Her meals are always late and she doesn’t get half of what she’s ordered. We, her family, are the nurses. I understand there is hardly any staff; however, we will all be elderly one day. We need to take care of them so much better.
