I have lived at Morningside for about 8 years. I am so sorry to say that since the board retained RealManage as the management company it seems on the way to becoming a hell hole. It is quite unfortunate that the current board has ceded its power to the current property manager. HOA members are routinely ignored when they try to voice an opinion and the lack of respect they have to endure is abhorrent.
After over 25 years of having decent management company , all of a sudden They were replaced with new more expensive management company called (Real Manage) which don't manage anything but waisting our money .They are extremely unorganized with no improvement in the buildings of any kind .
11cent raises maintenance no longer can do the job way pay too much for people who don't known what they are doing
